Due to the custom nature of our printing services, we are unable to accept returns on personalized items unless they arrive damaged, defective, or with an error caused by JME Print Shop. Please ensure all design and order details are correct before finalizing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at (267) 815 4863. We may ask for photos of the damage or defect for verification purposes. Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, as long as production has not yet started. To cancel, please contact us at (267) 815 4863. Once production has begun, cancellations are not possible.

Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. If you haven’t received a refund within this timeframe, please check with your bank, as it may take some time for the refund to post.
